Calibration

We offer a quality and efficient calibration and validation service, traceable to national and international standards. Calibrations can be carried out either at the client’s site or in our workshop in Cork, depending on client requirements. We carry a full range of certified test equipment, including flowmeter test and verification tools. All our test equipment is recertifed, at minimum, once a year to ensure accuracy.

Calibration is carried out in accordance with our standard operating procedures or, where requested, with our clients operating procedures. Customers are issued with a detailed calibration certificate, outlining the results.

Where multiple/repeat calibrations are required, the programme is agreed in advance to suit the needs of the client – taking into account, for example, production downtime and frequency of calibration. Our programmes are flexible to take account of unforeseen circumstances in the production schedule.

We are always pleased to offer advice to clients in relation to calibration issues and to establish programmes in relation to the required frequency of calibration, based on instrument history and criticality.
